That looks like the steps at the entrance to the British Columbia Parliament Building in Victoria, BC Canada.
Beautiful location with a nice lawn, garden and fountain behind the camera.
Nice group, there actually appears to be more girls than guys. If only other WNBR rides had those kinds of ratios.
