Unfortunately, not, the TV channel did only post this still picture on their facebook wall, to announce the program. It has been broadcasted yesterday evening, but I couldn't be at home to record it at that time.
However, here is another still from that video, found on Paris Premiere (another French TV station) website.
Look for "Le déjeuner sur l'herbe", "videopainting", "Manet", "Marcus Kreiss", maybe someday the video will appear somewhere.
And I have been able to confirm that the girl is not someone famous, they did a casting for that role, according to a casting notice website.
