Here is what I managed to do using Windows Movie Maker .... the full effect can be seen at about the half way point. For some reason the file is double the size though.

I used the Effects to brighten some sections more than others. If there is demand I'll do the whole thing.

Ooops .... I noticed that I also changed the bit rate thus the increase in size. Sorry
