I don't think that's a fake. That's from Es Trenc beach on Mallorca, one of the Spanish islands. It was posted on Voyeurweb in Sept. 2010. That particular image has been brightened, but everything else looks genuine. Look at the shadows. On the Spanish islands nudity is not illegal, as has been told to me and I'm sure a Spaniard can verify. So every now and then, you will get one or a few brave souls who go completely nude on a textile beach. From pictures and videos I have seen, it is usually an older man who goes nude when everyone else is wearing swimsuit bottoms. But every now and then you get a woman who does it, as in this case. You can find a few ILTB videos from these islands that show only one or a few people nude an a beach filled with people. I think it's very hot that this woman wanted to be naked and didn't care she was the only one.
If that picture was faked, and I don't think it was, it was faked by the original uploader to Voyeurweb. He posted a bunch of pictures from these beaches and this was the only one he posted that had only one nude woman in it, or any nudes that I can recall. Pretty much everything he posted was only topless. So why fake only this one? If he was going to fake pictures, I would guess he would fake more than just one. But I could be wrong. The resolution of the picture isn't good enough to make any conclusive judgments. Voyeurweb compresses their images to reduce file size and the original poster's camera wasn't HD to begin with. Zooming in to the image, the compression artifacts are apparent all over the image, including the area where a bikini would cover. But I don't think it's fake.
