I took a bus trip last month, including New York City as one of the stops. Either by not being daring enough, blurry pictures, or just plain bad luck, I didn't get any great pictures by this site's standards. And it was well over 90 degrees, but I saw JUST ONE braless girl the whole day (she was gone into a building before I had my brain in the right gear)
I gotta say, though, that staircase-like building in Times Square (just north of the Father Duffy statue) is brilliant. It was packed with people, many of whom are too busy watching stuff to notice who's watching them in turn. I'm not an upskirt-fancying guy, but whatever angles you prefer, the place is very likely a gold mine on any sunny day
