College classmate
We had the same classes together in 1999-2000. I found the picture during this time and took it to class (only the head shot) and compared it to her. I could not find any differences. The quality is poor because the latest it could have been taken was in 2000 but I am sure that it was taken earlier. The original name of the pic was (X)alter making me believe that was a wedding night night pic.
