I would love to hear how you work humiliation of the man onto your routine. Also, I have thought of various things I could bring up at the appointment that would emasculate me and change this doctor's perception of my wife. I want him to want to fuck her (which he likely does already), and to suddenly think that it could happen, or perceive her as a ticking adultery time bomb.

I also, to this day, jerk off thinking about some of the times I have lost women to other men. This includes situations where I was flirting with and believed myself to be close to bedding several women, only to lose them in a "sword fight" with another dude. This happened a few years back when a guy who wastagging along on a golf weekend with me and several buddies scored with a young woman I had been wooing at this resort for years, and whom I invited to one of our after hours parties. Not only that, but he fucked her brutally (the whole condo could hear), and repeatedly over three days, the whole time bragging about it, sharing details, and degrading this girl that I had such a tender crush on.
