I would say there has definately been a shift towards most of the young women (at least those who know they are hot and like to show it) are shaving their legs now, although far from all. Compared to western girls, there are definately more girls here with hair/rubble on the legs
Regarding pantyhose, I have not really thought about that until now, but when the weather is hot nearly none of the girls wear pantyhose (you can check my ongoing thread of Chinese girls candid upskirt pics for proof)
