I'm only referring to the photos posted in this thread, which are mostly young(er) women. Genetics, yes I'm sure that plays a role as well; and many grown women retain "puffy" nipples until after their first pregnancy. But as for heat, what would that possibly have to do with puffiness?? We've all seen puffies on Scandinavian, Russian, Japanese, North American girls...the list is endless. It's not necessarily a "tropical" thing.
