Not so unique (although great tits!)
Benny Hill did the same skit except the woman through the towel over the tv blocking the screen and Benny Hill was the news reader and was straining to see around it. He even tried blowing it and it raised up in the air. Also called all the studio crew to gather around for a look before the towel was thrown.
