I'm a dummy
 
Can anyone tell me where to change my location? I've searched everywhere. I need to change it from Okinawa to England.

Well first of all, you have to fill out the necessary paperwork by first going to 10 downing st,.. then you need to see the Queen in person who hopefully will okay it all.

or if all else fails, you can always click ..
'User Control Panel' > 'Your Profile' > 'About Me'
