Will posting videos get me an upgrade
 

My 3 month pass is coming to an end soon and I can't afford (and to be honest don't want) to pay again.

But would be more than happy to upload anything I have here if it meant gaining an upgrade that way.

I know other sites that do this but am just wondering whether you do it here?

We do not have an free upgrade program to reward people for posting, other than the "Ladies of OCC" promotion here.

Upgrade for top contributers.
 

Like most forums OCC has more lurkers than posters.
Most posters do so very regularly and IMO this merits some sort of reward.
For those who have been here almost from the start of OCC and contributed regularly or those who have posted the largest amount of photos/videos it would be nice,as many other forums now do,to reward them with some sort of VIP status to access the other One Click sites.
Many members who started posting from the start have become moderatoors,many have left without trace but others such as Cobra03 and Rocketman to name but two should IMO be rewarded for their many years of quality contributions to encourage them to stay and continue to contribute to this site/forum.
What do you think Alex? Moderators? Members?

As for the ladies who contribute their own photo's that is great that they are rewarded and I totally agree with this I just think it would be in OCCs interest to reward the most regular contributors to encourage them to stay and continue to contribute,because without them we dont have a forum to visit.

Funny you mention this because I'll be doing something for posters that have contributed a lot over the years and continue to do so. It's something small but it's something none the less.

But with that said, don't most people post because they enjoy doing it? I've heard many times that people are posting for two main reasons: they enjoy doing it and they want to give something back. If someone is looking for a reward for posting they may be posting for the wrong reason. I do agree that people who contribute a lot should be acknowledged and I think they are, with every thanks they have gotten from people who appreciate what they do.

Best answer i have ever seen to a question slick.i joined back in 05 and little did i know that i would be stationed in iraq for 9 months.but i kept lurking when i could.then i came home and came on here many times.i was sent to a second tour and and OCC kept me occupied when i could get around to a laptop.i got home this year and now my girlfriend and i post because we love OCC and i hope to become a paying member soon.we love OCC and it is one of the best sites on the internet.God bless:)
