New Jersey topless on beach
 

For Those across the pond, this is what we are up against in the "Land of the Free"

The law here is FKD up here. Last weekend while at the beach, a topless women went up to one of the street vendors to get a drink or food. As soon as she sat down at the stool she was arrested by NYPD police. NY laws allow bare chest everywhere public, except for, food establishments, because of contamination.

WTF....I would have eaten off her breast before eating off the cooks hands. Whom had no gloves on....also against the law here................................

I'll simply quote something an American policeman said to British motorjournalist and Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson, at a point where Top Gear was shooting in America.

"Sir, you don't need common sense, when you have laws..."

Sort of speaks for itself, doesn't it...
