i'm trying to log on to 1cc from my ipad and cannot do it. user name and password work on my pc but 1cc won't let me on through ipad. Membership log on is not working but general log on is fine. any help

Does your ipad browser have cookies enabled?

yes it does

In that case I don't see why it shouldn't be working for you. However, I do not have an ipad to use for any testing here.

Exactly what happens when you try to login? Are you getting an error message or just being redirected to the login page?

for the record, I just bought an ipad and it worked fine for me. I just had to enter my username and password and I was in.

However, I am transitioning from another Mac, not a PC, meaning I was already using Safari or another Mac Browser.

i am using a pc. when i try to use the ipad it wont accept my user name and password. when i request a new password it lets me in to the site but not the movies etc. same user name and password works fine on pc.
i dont get it!
