So it's not exactly the same as what you have, but there is this movie that stars Maggie Gyllenhaal in which she plays a women who is suspected to know a terrorist and is questioned by a China policeman. During the course of the movie, she is forced to strip completly and then the policeman searches her everywhere (the policeman is actually the guy who plays Miles on Lost) But it's a full frontal nudity by Maggie and she looks pretty embarrassed at times when she is stripping. The name of the movie is strip search if anyone is interested.
