I know an uncensored version of this cover exists because when the album first came out a local record shop did a contest where you could win a photo of the original picture minus the bits covered over. Alas I was only a teenager and not old enough to enter.

Has anyone ever seen the picture anywhere please?

There's a g-string under the sticker. I've got the original vinyl lp. Some great music though - especially "The Pain of Love"
