If you can find some way to download them first, just change the ".asf" to ".wmv" in the title and they play on Windows Media Player just fine. However, I use a Mac, so maybe this won't work for you either.

Wish I could d/load the file first...the renaming or re-encoding thing would not be the problem. But all and any .asf links open Media Player diretly for me and that's it. :(

Hope you do not mind a question. Are you left clicking the file and waiting for windows (or mac) to offer the download option. If so, since ASF is a streaming video format that option won't come up. Have you tried to right on the link and use the save target as option. I have downloaded the file and converted to a wmv format but have not viewed it for quality yet.

cant you just use GRAB in osX to capture the screen? never tried it with video.. i ust my pc for all the pron.. wifey uses the mac too much.. could find me out ;)
