Dress ripped off in public (EUF)
 

Can't remember if this one's been posted before. Hopefully, it hasn't. A woman has her dress torn off at a crowded party. Good scene, but it goes on for a long time, with very little payoff (there's an EUF reaction at first, but then she just accepts her exposure). I have no idea what this clip is from. VHS picture quality. Credit to the original uploader.
