- Still not sure how you can tell a Scottish pic, but here's one that looks as though she has a Scottish accent. Is this what you had in mind?

Lassies known to be scots, saltire in the back ground, girls pictured with a scottish landmark or place in the background. ( video with scottish accents ) duh
