Haven't seen any pictures yet, but I just saw a story about it on the news. They showed a very cute girl, in red panties.

The washington post has a video about it, but nothing great was shown.

It's gone beyond Gotham, Batman! My selection from the first 8 pages of flickr listing for "no pants," sorted by most recent: first three are NYC, next three LA, then three from Oz; the latter available MUCH bigger...

No pants day is an annual prank pulled by Improv Everywhere, who pull stunts like having a musical break out at a mall food court, having a jumbotron scoreboard appear at a little league game, having an Checkov impersonator do an unannounced reading at a New York B & N, and so forth. No nudity or even anything salacious, but the video on their website is hysterical.
