I still can't my laptop to open "rar" zip files... any help?

It's not a pay site. Just click "Download Now". WinRAR is the standard software for opening RAR files.

If you don't fancy using WinRar, I suggest

RarZilla or 7-zip which are both freeware extractors that can do rar files.
