There is a dude on flickr that claims to have banged her lots and has loads of pics of her. I've seen them, but didn't save them. I don't know if he wants them posted here but he's into female abuse so I'm sure he could be persuaded. I'm not sure if I can link to his account or not, so just join flickr and search for:

femaletrainer

Bob

evidently flickr booted him. did a search for "femaletrainer"....it said there was no member with that screen name, so that lead is dead.

Not to be mean, but that's not true. I was on his page today. He probably has his profile 'hidden' from public searches. He's definitely still on there and he definitely has lots of pics of her. Here's one I found looking around today:
