There is a site called tomvoyeur.com , in this site you can trade non copyrighted ENF video clips.

How does the group (and owner) feels about trading non copyrighted clips from this group

and posting the new clips in the forum ?

Does tom put a watermark on these files? A lot of the stuff I've seen from that site posted on the newsgroups have his site's watermark.

If there isn't a watermark you can post some of the videos here.

As long as New stuff gets posted here i'm for it

kitt_5000's answer isn't entirely correct. A video without a watermark may still be copyrighted. However it normally satisfies the rules of the forums here if there isn't a watermark. In good faith, we assume videos posted here are public domain.

Actually, if I remember correctly the files on the Tom Voyeur trading board don't contain his watermark unless the video was originally obtained from his website. Also, if I remember correctly, the only watermarked files allowed on that board are his. I would say that the majority of the stuff found on that trading board are unmarked.
