Internet Explorer: Two downloads at a time
 

I can only download two attachments at a time from OCC through Internet Explorer. Is this an intentional limitation of the site or is it some setting in IE I have to fix? I can line up more downloads but they time out.

It's always been like this, as long as I've been on the site and it doesn't happen on other sites. Firefox lets me download several at a time but I have to deal with the "attachment.php" issue.

This isn't a restriction we set. It would be related to your browser and/or ISP.
