Fisting in car
 

Y'know, that's really not the correct way to change gears ;).

That's pretty extreme. It looks amateur though...

Lots of people perform a similar fisting maneuver in their cars regularly, just by simply trying to get the last few *&#$&! fries out of the damn McDonald's Supersize box.
