Dang, I just saw this one today. You beat me to it though. I saw a smaller part of this clip once or one similar to it. This one is much longer and better though!

Holy shit, that is AMAZING. I've been looking for years for footage exactly like this: sunbathers on balconies or rooftops or terraces, filmed unawares, swimsuits slipping down. Thank you for posting it! Does anyone else have anything else of this sort?

If I remember correctly, the person who filmed this has others too. I have no idea where to find them though.
