Blurring faces
Anyone know of an easy to use free or cheapish program that can do this? I have a female willing to star in some ENF stuff but she wants to remain anonymous. And a mask would kind of ruin the vibe. Plus I imagine once I've done my part in blurring the face some bright spark will work out how to unblur it anyway.

I don't know if earlier versions have the blur tool. |
Thanks for the info but I'm afraid I wasn't specific enough, I am hoping to blur film rather than stills. I'm sure this is probably rather ambitious. However I will look into your suggestions because it might turn out that stills will have to suffice so thank you very much.

Your best bet is to just cut the pixel out. Can't put 'em back in again.

I know sony vegas and camtasia studio can do this. It is called "cookie cutter" in sony vegas and "callouts" in camtasia studio.
Here's a page with some tutorals http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to-fa...alcut-express/ and how to do it in sony vegas http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to/vi...-vegas-166668/ |
