Her hometown newspaper released her street address. I do not believe that the press has the right to do this to those arrested for victimless crimes.

The Constitution gives the press rights
 

including the right to put someone's address in the paper.

Whether it is good policy, however, is another issue. The reason that the press does not release names of juveniles or **** victims under some circumstances relates not to whether they can (they can under the Constitution), but whether they should.
