Are threads deleted after some time?

Some time ago I posted a thread I found on Limewire about a girl named Laura who was a starting actress. It was originally edited to remove personal information but I kept posting until I left it inconcluse.

Now I found some of her pictures on another thread and while lookin for my original one, I didn't find it.

It was originally posted under Hardcore Amateurs and there was a controversy as I started posting slowly and never got into the hardcore stuff because I fell offended by the posters comments.

The thread's name was something like "Laura, soon to bee star".

Can you help me clear this out?

Well, that thread is definitely gone. I couldn't begin to tell you why. As far as I know, there were never any complaints about it, so I'm mystified. However, don't let that stop you from posting. In fact, I'd even recommend that you restart that thread.

I honestly have no idea. :confused: The only thing I can think of is sometimes people request threads to be pulled when the pics are of their wives or girfriends, so that might be what's happening here. I know for certain you didn't break any rules.

We do not delete any threads unless there is a reasonable complaint involved.

However, a few months ago we did loose a few hundred threads due to software glitch. I tried to recover them, but the attachments were gone for good.:(

I apologize if your thread(s) may have been lost in this situation. If so, it was not intentional.

I would encourage you to start new threads to replace any missing ones.
