Noelia is an average singer from Puerto Rico, son to a very famous 60s and 70s singer.

A year ago a sex video scandal surfaced in a very mediatic situation. No one knows who released the video, her boyfriend, her manager, her step father (he alledgedly abused her as a child), her husband, her mother!!
