I not able to upgarde my account
I've been trying to upgarde my membership but I keep on getting the message that my username wasn't found on the database:confused:
Please let me know if you can help as my username seems fine. |
Sorry you are having trouble.
I know the system requires username, passwords & e-mails all to match what we have on file here at OCC. Offhand, I don't know what is causing the problem. For a quick solution, my best advice would be to get a One Click Pass with a new username and then contact One Click Pass support and they can change your username there to match your OCC username.
