intriguing photo

Kind of a provocative photo. Outdoors. In a city park. In full view of passerbys including children (blotted out). What country would allow this?
It is temping to say this is an outdoor life drawing class. But I'm not entirely sure - the paper people are writing or drawing on is awfully small. I'll leave it to others to decide. If anyone knows of any outdoor life drawing classes in my area, let me know! I entertained the notion that this may be a photoshop job. But I don't think so... thanks, Klondike |
Intriguing, indeed ...

I don't think it's photoshopped. It looks like they're definitely doing a life drawing class outside, which is kinda hot cos it's totally in public!
Dunno why they've erased some bits and not others. It's not just kids they've erased, cos there's still some kids you can see anyway in the front row (left of center). |
Mexico?
I think I've seen this pic (and series) before... yes, it's and art class of some sort, I think it's in Mexico. Either way, there is a good chance is an Spanish speaking country given the name of the photo file "las de la Uni", which means "the ones from the university."

Art class models generally do it for the money, not because they are exhibitionists. Most would not go for this, to say nothing about what the authorities would think. Also, most have just average or above average bodies, while this one is a fox. But - the file name does say "from the university", so that suggests a class of some sort. A class attended by people of all ages, though - unlike a typical college class. Unless some of those in attendance were just passerbys. Klondike |
That is unusual.
I think it's Spain. If it was Mexico there'd be at least one cowboy hat and more plaid shirts. This group just looks more European to me. A woman under the right tent has her head covered with some traditional wrap. Being next to the playground is bizarre. |
Nope - I am pretty sure its south america - some of those ppl do not look European Spanish to me

I used to have a video that was of a public nude art class in, I think, Mexico City. It was just like this pic, but in a public square. I don't have the video any more or else I'd post it. Has anyone else seen the video I'm talking about? It was an FLV file if that helps anyone find it.

Not sure why everyone worries so much about "the authorities" when it comes to public nudity. In the US, (or at least in Texas) it's not against the law to be naked in public. What is against the law is to expose oneself "with the intent to arouse any person". The intent here is obviously not arousal, so there's no law against it. They can ask you to cover up, if someone complains, but they can't really arrest you unless they can show that you had the intent to cause someone (even yourself) to become aroused.
This is based on federal and state law, of course. Some cities may have ordinances against public nudity, but they would be the exception and not the rule. |
