Need your opinion!
 

I have a small company, I'm a photographer. Now have taken this picture of my very first model. It's supposed to look like this except the webadres offcourse, and in higher resolution.

But now to my problem.. I can't really decide if I like it or not. Is it good Fine Art Nude that can be sold as a poster o something like that, or does it look like a dead girl dumped in the woods..?

i would chacnge her position slightly.... maybe have her facing the camera.... lighting is good \. i like it, like all art... its learning step after learning step

Dead girl--maybe if she were smiling or playing?! Would like to see the rest of the roll, in any event...

Dead girl.. will appeal to those who LIKE "snuff shots".. and.. there's a definite market slice that likes that kind of stuff.. there used to be a forum/site called xxxgroups.com or something like that..(its since been scuttled)... had quite a few "dead groups" in it.. and I'm sure you could probably find a few if you prowled Y! close enough..

Now.. if you're going for a naturists calendar set, etc..cover her with leaves, have her playing with a cat, partial nudity with her behind trees, brush.. etc..

The good news is that you got a girl to pose nude for you.
 

Her skin looks great against the leaves but, otherwise, it just can't seem decide what kind of picture it wants to be. The pose does make her look like she was dumped. She pretty much formless. Try something from a lower vantage point that captures some curves. Also, try taking more during sunrise or sunset when the light is coming in at a lower angle. Put her between you and the sun to experiment with backlight (frame out the sun itself of course.)

One last thing I would suggest is that you frame out her breasts/etc.. with the camera, and not with strategically placed leaves. Try it with the first few pics to make her comfortable.

She'll at least let you show her asscrack if she went this far.

Don't use any flash.

I dunno, that's what I'd do. What you have isn't very feminine, but maybe that's what you were going for.

I would say that she looks dead. Personally, I like the half covered in leaves theme; I would have her pose with a snake... 'Garden Of Eden'. You could also take separate photos, and have the body on the ground, with the other photo of an angel rising (superimposed)?
This is my 2 cents... lol.

I've eaven forgot that I made this thread. The project with leaves were put a way for a very very long time. A couple of years ago I took new pics, but then it was put away again. But now finally I have a picture ready that I'm quit satisfyed with. I don't think it's perfect, but it works. What do you think?

I'd prefer if the girl would look straight at the camera. Also I'd prefer the pic in full colour or totally in b/w.

im gonna go with dead girl on both of them. have them hold there head up or hand or somethign and open there eyes and look in to the camra. nice idea just make them look alive.
