REQUEST: Skirt Blown Off
 

I watched a Funniest Home Video one time and there was a video of someone getting off a roller-coaster or some sort of ride and either the wind or some fan literally blew her skirt off over her head. Does anyone know what I am talking about and/or have this video or still images of it?

If not, then pictures of skirts blowing off/up in the wind are very much appreciated. I saw a couple threads with some pics, but not much.

I think that is the one! However, I'm not sure if I can download it(?)... I am a little new to this forum and don't have a premium account... is there a specific place you found this at? If not, then I'll look to see how much it is to get a premium account.
