Problem with signing up on One Click Pass
I'm using the OCC members upgrade option, but every time I try I get this error message:

It looks like an empty account was on file for John_DK on the One Click Pass website. This was probably created years ago when we were converting the software.
I removed this, so you should be able to create a new account with the "Upgrade" option now. Please let me know if you still need help. Thanks, Alex |

Sorry you are still having trouble John_DK. Offhand I can't see what is causing the problem.
My best advice is to purchase a pass with a new username. Then just send me a private message and I can combine the two accounts. Thanks, Alex |
