i've seen this so many times and would like to kno the episode and back stry and the follow through of what happens to the ladies in the attahcment below

You picked one of the sillier episodes of Star Trek:The Next Generation to want a summary of :) The episode is titled "Ménage à Troi," and the back story can be summed up quickly: that funny looking alien is called a Ferengi and in their culture, the women are second class citizens and aren't permitted to wear clothing. In the actual episode in question, Riker (the man seen in the beginning of the clip) and his on again/off again girlfriend Troi and her mother (the two women who are eventually stripped of their outfits) are abducted while vacationing because - and I'm not making this up even though I wish I was because it's so damn silly - one of the Ferengi is smitten with Trois' mother.

The scene from the clip is the extent of the implied nudity in the entire episode. The heroes manage to escape while Troi's mother distracts the Ferengi by flirting with the one who ordered her abduction. The whole episode was a time filling B episode just before the cliffhanger at the end of the season.
