I've lost my access

Yikes!

I've been an all-access member of this forum for 4 years now and recently decided to subscribe to OCC pass out of curiosity. Now that three months are up and I've lost access to download from the video forums at. I never would have bought the pass if I knew this was the consequence.

Can anyone help me?
