I'm pretty sure that vid is property of homeclips.com. Homeclips is a paysite for amateur posters so I don't know if it counts as private property or not.

I'm not a member of Homeclips so I have no idea of what has been posted there. However, this video doesn't have anything that would make me believe that it is exclusive to Homeclips. Homeclips may have shown this video, but the "owner" of the video would be whoever made it. It's fine to stay.
