Yep, that is Rodney Carrington performing "Show them to me", and some devoted fans...um... showing them to us. The bit that I recall from this bit (Rodney is a sortuva cowboy comedian) is him saying (to paraphrase) "it don't matter if your boss was yellin' at ya and . . . if some little girl show'd ya her titties. . ., when your buddy asks 'how was your day?' SHit it was GREAT!. . . " This was a special on - I wanna say Comedy Central. (It was on at a friend's house, and I tuned in just before this song - and they had On Demand, so I watched the whole special immediately after.)
