There's gotta be a story behind these pics. If they were higher res. they'd be EPIC! I wonder if the shooter was with them or if he happened upon this scene out of pure luck. My guess is the former.

Looks to be a pedestrian/bike bridge on a cool day.
I suppose any lady that was up for this stunt would likely want to be on top.
