HOLD THE PHONE!

That is Wreck Beach - and one of the most awesome pics from Wreck I have ever seen!

As I write, I am in Seattle, Wa. I could have gone to Wreck today, but didn't want to hassle with customs to and fro.

Pedro, you continue to amaze - both with your pics and your breadth of knowledge about all things public and naked.

But did you know it was Wreck Beach? :) It takes a trained eye.....

Your bike will have to get stashed at the top of the stairs, unfortunately. But your blanket and camera can go wherever their comfort zone ain't.:)

This is where Pedro will have to park his bike if he wants to visit Wreck Beach. The racks are just off to the left of the pic, almost visible.

Its 403 steps to the bottom. Climbing up and down w/bike is not recommended. :)

"Wreck Beach"

Sorry but this one's photoshopped (I bit on it too at first); I first got suspicious when I remembered the layout at Wreck, and if you check shadows you'll see they don't match.

I looked at the towell over the head of the girl on the left, and it did not look quite right. I found the photo whilst trawling through Flikr stuff (my goodness I have had to look at so many gay men, just to find the odd 'good shot there), so it may well have been photoshopped. I included it here, as it made me think about the 'old bike joke' when I saw it!

Klondike, alas, I have not visited Wreck Beach but know quite a bit about it. Are they still building those apartments that will overlook it?

As far as being in a Tunick shoot, at the age of 17, when I discovered my first nudist beach, I realised the only way to see fantastic naked women properly was to join in with the nudity. I have since found the enjoyment of nudity and the 'looking' can be combined if you are not blatent or obvious.

I am sure more women than you think also enjoy being naked and seen naked....and looking at good looking men (me not included nowadays).

Perhaps the stunning Torre would like to comment on this?

That's just why i became a nudist at the age of 17 (now i'm 40), started to visit saunabads and joined last year a very nice installation by Spencer Tunick in Amsterdam. :)

Didn't catch that- being so mesmerized, i guess.

interesting that the girls are lying on two towels. The white one underneath appears to be part of the original Wreck pic - i.e. NOT photshopped. Notice the rock to the left casts part of its shadow on it.

The rest is PS'ed. I'm not sure how remembering the layout at Wreck would make one suspicious. I know the layout, and women on that part of the beach are possible. Not common, but possible. And in fact, if one is going to take pics at Wreck, that area would be one where the crowds are thinner and fewer would notice. So it made a bit of sense to me..

But the shadow on the larger babes right leg - it is not possible for the sun at Wreck to cast such a shadow. She would be facing sort of N-NE if the pic were real, and so the sun would have to be in front, i.e north. Only in the southern hemisphere.....

To answer Pedro, At least one of the buildings is now complete. Personally, I don't see what the fuss was about. I cannot see it from the beach. And if i cannot see it, how can someone in it see me...???

I could be wrong...
