Help, I can't get get the manage attachments to work
 

I cannot get the manage attchments to pop up so I can up load???

Do you have any sort of pop-up blocker running?

I can get it to work on repliy but not on new thread. I don't have a pop up stopper
but msn does. il'l check into that.. I have lots to put under titles that are exsiting
so it's all good
