need some help
 

certain downloads when clicked on don't work a message appears "at least one of the pins involved in the operation is already connected".what is a pin and why is it connected.any help would be nice thanks

are you reffering to when you try to download a video?
If so, are you left clicking on the clip?
if its something else, can you please describe more, or even give an example link.
if, it is something your are just trying to download, the best way is to right click, and then select "save target as" and select thye destination for where you want it to download to.
