Streaming video issues
 

I seem to have recently developed an issue with trying to view certain kinds of streaming videos, such as youtube, revver, or dailymotion. The video will play for only about 2 seconds, then freezes. I can manually move the cursor further down the timeline to get it going again, but then it'll freeze again. Sometimes it will skip several seconds before picking up the stream again.

This only happens in Firefox (I don't like using IE). How can I resolve this issue?

see if you can update the flash plugin for firefox.

I've been having similar trouble with the last few builds of Firefox. Any embedded video (youtube, google etc) will stutter ever five seconds or so (though the sound is fine).

Try celeb_peeper's advice. Looks like it cleared it up on mine.
