the pics i pulled out the other day have mysteriously disappeared on me or got mixed in with some other pics. :(

Weird.

But what you posted is great - those mostly look fresh and yet aren't the ones i pulled either.

I'll keep looking...

The one thing I'll never understand about nudism, especially American nudism, is that every forum, magazine, and website devoted to nudism has supporters going on and on about how nudism is the idea that the appearance of the body is irrelevant, or has no social value, and that it is clothing that places value on appearance, yet they turn around and hold beauty pageants at all the nudist resorts. The European resorts hold pageants for young girls as well, reinforcing the idea that appearance does indeed have value for it's own sake. I just don't get the dichotomy.

That is an issue that gets a lot of debate among nudists themselves, believe me. THe simple answer is - not all nudists think alike, and the more "literary" or intellectual among them are often at odds with the funlovers and exhibitionist nudists.

Body acceptance as applied to naturism is just one facet of the whole body acceptance movement. Many naturists are firm advocates of it, but others just pay lip service to it, knowing that it helps the naturist establishments maintain a good image among the public. The pageants, on the other hand, make money and attract new members etc, so having them can indirectly benefit all naturists regardless of what side of the issue they are on.

And then there is the old adage - if you've got it, flaunt it. Naturists that don't "got it" will never really quite understand those that do.
