It's been published because the girl in this is suing the hipermarket chain (this is a security guard, not police BTW)

of course its real. 20 years old girl stole a lipstick in the supermarket. She was convicted for 40 hours of public works. But then a big noise was made about the matter because a policewoomen (yes, its policewomen not security guard) did that search in a wrong place - in the shop, in the room with windows and people passing by instead of the police station. Thats the reason the girl is so embarrassed and the policewomen is covering the girl with the jacket.
