Sorry, this may be off topic, but how did you rotate them? I know that you can use Windows Movie Maker to edit and rotate video, but I can never import flv clips into it. I have the proper codex to watch flv clips in Windows Media Player, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Or do you use a different program to rotate the clip? Thanks.

and Windows Movie Maker to rotate.

Thanks for the advice. I downloaded that converter and it works great. By the way, it says that it's a trial version and will expire. I assume that I can just keep re-installing the trial version rather than purchase the full version?

Mabey and mabey not. A lot of times there is a file that is in your registry that will cause it to stay expired. You might have to edit your registry files or you can try setting your clock back.

You can also use this site for free. Just takes a little longer. I don't use it but I have tried it and it seems to work good.

Well, I wasn't able to use it past it's experiation date. And the online converter you recommended doesn't work for me. But I did find another free program. This one is called Pazera and it's at download.com. I've only just started playing with it, but it seems to work fine:
