ah thank you! thanks to the both of you.... how'd you do it? I tried something but it turned out to be a bad file.

I copied and saved it from my temp files.

if your using explorer, watch the video in full, then click tools at top of page, then internet option, then click settings,
then click view files,
then right click and change view to last accessed,
then look for .flv file at end of page.
then right click and copy to desktop.
