Downloading Problems

I have a valid login & password & email address.
I was able to download the videos.
I switched to "Windows Vista" and when I try to download a video all I get is a long "number" instead of the file name and nothing in the way of a video.
Any suggestions?

I see that you are logged in okay. That isn't the problem.

Does this happen when you "Right Click"->"Save Target As" on the file you want to download?

I think that may have found the problem.
I use 'Download Accelerator Plus' (DAP) which has always worked in the past.

Now I right click on the file to download and then use 'Download with DAP' - thats when I get the 'long number' and no video.

I right click on the file to download and then click on 'Save As' ... that works!!

So a part solution but not the complete remedy.....I just love technology :eek:
