It's me the clip I'm looking for comes from an anime called lupin the 3rd the episode is called wings of death( number 145 i think) anyway in it the main girl gets her dress ripped off and the enf facter is one full blast it funny as hell and i think a lot of you will like it as much as i did when i saw it
